# How does an OPTOVERA deployment start?

## Every deployment starts with Scan; additional modules fit operational needs.

Every deployment starts with OPTOVERA Scan, the approximately 60-second pupillary-response measurement that compares each result with the User's individual baseline. Other modules can be added to fit the operation.

The configurations described on optovera.com are:

- **Scan.** A consistent, objective pre-shift check.
- **Scan + Checklist.** Scan plus OPTOVERA Checklist, a configurable digital questionnaire for pre-shift checks, compliance steps, acknowledgments, and follow-up. Responses are time-stamped and reported alongside Scan results in Analytics.
- **Scan + Predict.** Scan plus OPTOVERA Predict, the fatigue-risk forecasting module, which includes Checklist to collect inputs such as rest hours and sleep information.

OPTOVERA Analytics and OPTOVERA Connect support review and integration. Connect interfaces, data fields, transfer methods, and update frequencies depend on the agreed implementation scope.

The modules included in a specific deployment are defined in the Agreement and Schedule.
