# How are Users enrolled?

## Add Users individually or in bulk with Platform ID, username, group, and enabled status.

An Administrator or Agent adds each User in the dashboard, individually or by bulk upload from a prepared Excel file, entering:

- the **Platform ID**, the identifier assigned by the Customer;
- a mnemonic username;
- the group, where applicable;
- the enabled status.

OPTOVERA does not require the worker's real name, personal email address, government identification number, or payroll data, and these should not be entered.

Administrators do not set, enter, or view PINs. The dashboard has no PIN field, and bulk upload does not accept PINs.

After enrollment, synchronize the Devices and confirm that the new usernames appear in **USERS LIST** before the first Scan.
