# How do we manage multiple sites, teams, or shifts?

## Groups organize operations and control dashboard filters, alerts, and scoped access.

Use groups. Groups can represent sites, teams, shifts, departments, or operational areas, and can be used to:

- filter dashboard views and reports;
- send alerts only for the groups a supervisor is responsible for;
- limit Agent and Read-Only access to selected groups.

Dashboard roles are Administrator (full access), Agent (similar to Administrator but cannot add Agents), and Read-Only (view only). No role can see a User's PIN.

After changing group assignments, confirm that dashboard views, reports, alert recipients, and access settings reflect the intended configuration.
