No. OPTOVERA does not make employment or disciplinary decisions. OPTOVERA provides an objective readiness signal that supports workplace safety review. Results should be reviewed by qualified personnel and handled according to the organization’s internal safety policy. Under the OPTOVERA Terms of Service, the results, indicators, and alerts generated by the Service, defined there as Readiness Information, are for preventive safety use only. They must not be used to evaluate individual productivity or work performance, as evidence of misconduct, impairment, or intoxication, or as evidence supporting disciplinary action or termination of employment. This does not prevent temporary protective measures, such as a confirmation measurement, temporary restriction from safety-sensitive activities, or temporary reassignment, where permitted by law and supported by qualified human review. Such measures are not disciplinary findings.
