No. Iris recognition is optional and is never imposed. Every User in every deployment can choose PIN instead, and no configuration exists in which a User can be denied the PIN alternative. Each User makes the choice freely, directly on the Device, at the first assessment. PIN is an equivalent alternative without adverse consequences: the method does not affect how the Scan is performed, how the result is interpreted, or the User’s ability to participate. The dashboard shows which association method each User uses, to the Administrator, Agent, and Read-Only roles. Customers are advised not to use a User’s association method as a criterion in any assessment of that worker, including work allocation, evaluation, or discipline.
