# Can administrators review past results?

## Date filters and username searches support review of previous results.

Yes. Administrators can review past results through the OPTOVERA dashboard and reports.

The dashboard includes a date filter that allows administrators to view information for a selected time period. Administrators can also search by username and review result summaries, baseline information, and the latest test information for each User.

The reports section provides historical and summary views, including:

- Measurements per person.
- Baseline completion.
- Within Baseline Range and Alteration Detected result counts.
- Daily number of tests.
- Alteration Confirmed rates by time period.
- Tested Users compared with enrolled Users.

Administrators can also download dashboard data using Download Summary and Download Details. Individual reports can export the underlying data as CSV or PDF. Exports do not include PINs or Eye Video.

This helps administrators and safety managers review testing activity, monitor baseline progress, follow result trends, and support the organization’s internal safety workflow.

Results and reports, whether viewed in the dashboard or exported, are for preventive safety use. Under the OPTOVERA Terms of Service, they must not be used to evaluate individual productivity or work performance, as evidence of misconduct, impairment, or intoxication, or as evidence supporting disciplinary action or termination of employment.
