No. OPTOVERA does not make automated decisions that produce legal, employment, disciplinary, medical, or similarly significant effects on individuals. OPTOVERA provides a readiness signal that supports review by qualified personnel within the Customer’s internal safety workflow. Each output is a support tool, not a verdict. An Alteration Detected result does not automatically determine that a User is unfit for work, impaired, responsible for misconduct, or subject to disciplinary action. It prompts a pause, a confirmation measurement, and review according to the organization’s established safety procedure. The Terms of Service also do not permit the Customer to use OPTOVERA to make an automated decision producing legal, employment, or similarly significant effects on a User.
