The lawful basis for processing in each jurisdiction is set out in the jurisdiction-specific appendix to the localized OPTOVERA Terms of Service and Data Processing Agreement (the Country Supplement). The Customer, as Controller, remains responsible for confirming that the basis applies to its deployment, documenting it, and providing any notices, authorizations, or consultations that local law requires.
