# How can workers exercise their data-protection rights?

## Workers submit rights requests to their employer; SOBEREYE assists the Customer under the DPA.

Workers should direct requests about their OPTOVERA data to their employer or the organization that deployed OPTOVERA, which acts as Controller and is responsible for responding.

SOBEREYE forwards any such request it receives to the Customer and provides the assistance available through the Service, as required by the Data Processing Agreement.

Depending on applicable law, rights may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, and withdrawal of consent where consent applies. The rights available in each jurisdiction, and how to exercise them, are set out in the localized OPTOVERA legal documents for that jurisdiction.

For personal data SOBEREYE processes for its own purposes, such as business-contact or website information, individuals may contact SOBEREYE directly at info@sobereye.com.
