# Which Subprocessors does SOBEREYE use?

## AWS, MongoDB, Meta for WhatsApp, and authorized group entities support the Service under the DPA.

The Customer gives SOBEREYE general authorization, under the Data Processing Agreement, to engage the Subprocessors needed to provide the Service. SOBEREYE imposes written privacy, confidentiality, and security obligations on each one and remains responsible for them to the extent required by applicable law.

The current Subprocessors are:

- Amazon Web Services, Inc. and affiliates: cloud infrastructure, hosting, object storage, backup, and email delivery, including email alerts.
- MongoDB, Inc. and affiliates: managed database hosting through MongoDB Atlas.
- Meta Platforms, Inc. and affiliates: delivery of WhatsApp alerts, where the Customer configures alerts to be sent by WhatsApp.
- SOBEREYE ITALIA SRL and other authorized SOBEREYE group entities: engineering, technical support, security, and operational services.

SOBEREYE makes the current list available on request and, where required, gives reasonable advance notice of additions or replacements. The Customer may object on reasonable, documented data-protection grounds.
