OPTOVERA is designed to limit the data it processes. It does not require names, personal email addresses, government identification numbers, personal contact details, payroll data, or similar direct identifiers for User measurement records, and the Customer should not submit them. SOBEREYE does not maintain a registry linking OPTOVERA identifiers to the real-world identities held by its customers. This does not mean that OPTOVERA processes no personal data. Depending on the subscribed modules and configuration, OPTOVERA processes: - The Platform ID, the identifier assigned by the Customer, and a mnemonic username. - For Users who choose PIN, information supporting PIN verification, held only as a salted derived value and never in clear text. - Eye Video captured as technical input for each assessment. - Measurement Data: non-diagnostic eye-response measurements, derived technical features, individual baselines, and comparison data. - Readiness Information: the results, indicators, and alerts generated by comparison with the individual baseline. - Only for Users who select iris recognition, Iris Identification Data. - Configured Checklist responses, shift or operational information supplied by the Customer, and Device, system, security, and audit-log information. The Platform ID and related safeguards pseudonymize User records; they do not make them anonymous. This information is handled as personal data under the OPTOVERA Data Processing Agreement. Eye Video, measurements, baselines, and results are processed as non-diagnostic operational safety data. OPTOVERA does not use them to diagnose, monitor, or infer a disease, medical condition, disability, medical impairment, medical fitness, or intoxication, or to create a health record.
