[Security and IT Requirements](https://knowledge.sobereye.com/en/security-and-it-requirements?hsLang=en) # Security updates, monitoring, and incident response ### Purpose This article explains how SOBEREYE maintains the security of OPTOVERA Devices and the cloud platform over time. ### Updates and vulnerabilities SOBEREYE reviews relevant security advisories, assesses vulnerabilities based on severity and impact, prioritizes remediation according to risk, validates updates where practical, and deploys approved changes through Mobile Device Management or the applicable cloud deployment process. ### Monitoring SOBEREYE uses monitoring capabilities across managed-device and cloud environments to identify operational and security-relevant conditions, including Device connectivity, management status, software deployment status, authentication activity, synchronization errors, cloud service availability, and security events reported by applicable service providers. ### Incident response SOBEREYE maintains an incident response process under its ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security Management System. The process supports detection, assessment, containment, investigation, recovery, notification when required, corrective action, and post-incident review.
