The Device is hardened through dedicated-purpose configuration, Mobile Device Management enforcement, restriction to approved software, prevention of unauthorized application installation, restricted access to system settings, encrypted HTTPS communication, remote lock and wipe capability, controlled software distribution, and isolation from customer internal systems. PIN derivations are held in the iOS Keychain and are not readable while the Device is locked.
