Customers are notified when a vulnerability or security update is relevant to their use of OPTOVERA and requires customer awareness or action. Communication may include email notification, direct communication with technical or security representatives, release notes, implementation instructions, information about required firewall or operational changes, or confirmation that a patch or mitigation has been deployed.
