What should we do? ## Contact support to review misassigned records and protect baseline accuracy. Contact OPTOVERA support. Correct association matters because each Scan is compared with the individual baseline of the User it is recorded under. A Scan assigned to the wrong username affects the wrong record and may compromise baseline accuracy. OPTOVERA support can assist with baseline correction when needed.
