How often should Devices synchronize?
Synchronize before shifts, at least daily, after offline use, and after security PIN resets.
The Device synchronizes automatically when it is connected. Supervisors can also start synchronization manually by pressing UPDATE USERS LIST.
Recommended practice:
- synchronize before each shift's testing begins;
- synchronize at least once a day as a minimum;
- synchronize after offline testing, at the end of a shift, or when the Device returns to a connected area;
- after a PIN reset made for security reasons, synchronize every Device the User may use as soon as possible;
- for deployments using Predict, synchronize regularly so forecasts use current Scan data.
After synchronization, confirm that Pending measurements returns to zero.
