How is the Customer environment set up?
A dedicated domain and credentials enable dashboard access and initial Device login.
SOBEREYE assigns the Customer a dedicated domain and dashboard access credentials. The Customer's administrator logs in to the web dashboard and must change the password at first login.
Each Device must be connected to the internet for its initial login to the Customer-specific domain. After that, tests can be performed without connectivity.
Device credentials and dashboard credentials should be held only by authorized Customer personnel, such as the master user or administrator. Users do not need them for daily testing.
