The Customer controls access through configured roles; no role can view a User’s PIN.
Access to OPTOVERA results should follow the Customer’s configured roles and internal policy.
OPTOVERA is designed for use in workplace safety workflows, where results are reviewed by authorized or qualified personnel according to the organization’s procedures.
The organization is responsible for defining who can access results, how results are reviewed, and what follow-up process applies.
No role can see a User’s PIN, including administrators, supervisors, and SOBEREYE personnel.
