What is SOBEREYE’s role in customer deployments?
SOBEREYE operates and supports the Service and processes data on Customer instructions.
SOBEREYE develops and operates the OPTOVERA platform, maintains the security program for the Service, and processes Customer personal data only on the Customer’s documented instructions.
In a customer deployment, SOBEREYE is responsible for providing and operating the OPTOVERA Service, supporting the platform, maintaining applicable technical and organizational security measures, and processing data as required to deliver the Service.
The Customer organization remains responsible for configuring the platform, defining operational procedures, reviewing results, managing access, and deciding how OPTOVERA outputs are used within its internal safety workflow.
SOBEREYE implementation guidance does not transfer the Customer’s legal, operational, employment, or safety responsibilities to SOBEREYE. SOBEREYE does not make employment, disciplinary, medical, or fitness-for-duty decisions on behalf of the Customer.
