How long is customer data retained?
The Customer defines retention through documented instructions, law, and backup cycles.
The Customer, as Controller, determines retention periods. Under the OPTOVERA Data Processing Agreement, Controller Personal Data is retained according to the Customer’s documented instructions, configured retention periods, Service functionality, applicable data-protection law, and established backup cycles.
Temporary data stored on the Device is intended to remain only until synchronization is successfully completed.
