A baseline measurement was not recorded because of lighting. What should I do?

Move below 1,000 lux, check the home-screen reading, and repeat the baseline measurement.

Baseline measurements must be captured in low or normal indoor light, below 1,000 lux. If a baseline test is taken above 1,000 lux, the baseline measurement is discarded and is not registered in the platform. The Device may warn that the baseline will not be recorded.

  1. Check the lux reading on the Device home screen.
  2. Move the User to a low or normal indoor lighting area.
  3. Wait until the User is calm and has not just been exposed to very bright light.
  4. Repeat the test.
