What if many Users have not completed their baseline?
Check enrollment, synchronization, regular testing, eight-hour spacing, lighting, and technique.
Check that:
- Users are enrolled and enabled in the dashboard;
- Devices are synchronized and Users appear in USERS LIST;
- Users test regularly, across enough shifts, respecting the 8-hour interval;
- baseline measurements are taken below 1,000 lux;
- Users follow the correct technique: eyes closed during the countdown, eyes fully open and looking straight ahead during the 4-second capture, no blinking or side-to-side eye movement.
Changing association method is not a remedy for slow baseline progress.
