Many Users have not completed their baseline. What should we check?

Review enrollment, synchronization, regular testing, measurement spacing, technique, and baseline lighting.

  1. Users are enrolled and enabled in the dashboard.
  2. Devices are synchronized and Users appear in USERS LIST.
  3. Users are testing regularly, across enough shifts, and respecting the 8-hour interval between baseline measurements.
  4. Users follow the correct technique, without blinking, partial eye opening, looking to the side, or eye movement during the 4-second video capture.
  5. Baseline measurements are taken below 1,000 lux.

Use the dashboard views, including Baseline Percent Complete and the baseline completion summaries, to identify Users who need additional support or training. Baseline acquisition usually takes multiple days, even when every test is performed correctly.
