Who can enroll Users in OPTOVERA?
Authorized Customer personnel enroll Users through the dashboard.
User enrollment is performed by the Customer’s master user, administrator, or another authorized person with the appropriate dashboard access.
The administrator adds the User in the OPTOVERA dashboard, enters the required User information, assigns the User to the correct group when applicable, and confirms that the User status is enabled.
The organization controls which information is entered for each User. OPTOVERA works with a Platform ID and a mnemonic username, so the organization does not need to enter unnecessary personal information.
Administrators can enroll Users individually or through a bulk upload using a prepared Excel file. Administrators do not set or enter PINs: the dashboard has no PIN field, and bulk upload does not accept PINs. Each User who chooses PIN sets it personally on the Device.
After Users are added or changed in the dashboard, the Devices should be synchronized so the updated user list is available on each Device. This happens automatically when the Devices are connected to the internet. Synchronization can also be started manually by pressing UPDATE USERS LIST before testing.
To confirm that a Device is synchronized before starting a test, supervisors can open the Device menu and check USERS LIST. This view shows the enrolled usernames currently available on the Device.
