What happens if a measurement is invalid?
Repeat an invalid capture with correct eye position and username selection.
If the Device cannot capture a valid pupillary response, for example because the User blinked, partially closed the eyes, looked away, or moved the Device, it reports an invalid measurement and the test must be repeated.
For a User who chose iris recognition, if recognition fails the Device displays: "RECOGNITION FAILED: You may not have kept your eyes fully open and looking straight ahead or you selected an incorrect Username. Measurement not registered. You need to retake the test." Confirm the User selected their own username and repeat the test.
An invalid measurement is not an Alteration Detected result. Contact OPTOVERA support if a User repeatedly fails to obtain a valid measurement or tests are recorded under the wrong username.
